# Transfer Status

> Understand all transfer statuses on Busha.

Understanding the different statuses of your transfers on Busha can help you keep track of your funds. Here's a breakdown of what each status means:

## Core Transfer Statuses

**Pending:** Your transfer has been initiated, but we haven't received the funds yet. Think of this as the first step where you've told us about your transfer.

**Processing:** We've successfully received your funds, and they are now being actively handled. This means we're working on getting your transfer to its next stage.

**Cancelled:** The transfer has been cancelled and will not proceed. This could happen for various reasons, such as user cancellation or if the transfer couldn't be completed.

## Specific Transfer Statuses

**Funds Received** (`funds_received`): This status specifically indicates that we have successfully received your payment for a deposit. For a simple deposit into your Busha account, this is the final step.

**Funds Converted** (`funds_converted`): If your transfer involves currency conversion (e.g., Naira to USD), this status means the conversion has been successfully completed. For transfers that only involve a conversion, this is the final status.

**Outgoing Payment Sent** (`outgoing_payment_sent`): This status indicates that the payment for your transfer has been initiated and is currently being processed on our end, ready to be sent out.

**Funds Delivered** (`funds_delivered`): This is typically the final status for transfers that involve sending funds out (like a payout). It means the transfer is fully completed, and the funds have reached their destination.

## Transfer Completion Flow

Here's how different types of transfers typically conclude:

### Deposits

A deposit will typically stop at **Funds Received**.

### Conversions

A conversion will conclude with **Funds Converted** as its final status.

### Payouts

A payout or withdrawal will reach its final status at **Funds Delivered**.
